Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, it’s possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receiving them. However, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging arrived intact as with the product.
  2. Only normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before beginning the return process.
  4. The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Email us at: support@furnifocus.com
  • Make sure the email includes the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • Customer’s first and last name
    • Customer’s address

We will then contact you with the return address of our warehouse. Please do not return the package to the company’s physical address. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are a natural person engaging in a transaction for purposes not primarily related to their business or professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received or accepted the last goods. Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed, so we cannot halt the shipping process until delivery is completed. Therefore, a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, FurniFocus, with a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Registering Items in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from a warehouse located in Lithuania, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods, then return them. You may, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the quickest possible return, please send us a shipment confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, except for delivery fees (excluding additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost delivery option), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
